王宏伟

王宏伟,1981年生,教授,博士生导师。本科就读于烟台大学, 2011年于高丽大学获得博士学位。2012年入职澳门永利娱场官方网,现任山东遗传学会副秘书长。主要从事小麦分子遗传学、群体遗传学、功能基因组学及分子育种学等研究,先后主持国家自然基金、国家973”计划子课题、国家转基因重大专项子课题等,参编书籍《Methods in Molecular Biology》。以第一或通讯作者在SCIENCE、PNAS、ANAL CHEM、DNA RESEARCH、THEOR APPL GENET等杂志发表学术成果。

 

研究方向

1. 关键基因克隆:图位克隆来源于小麦近缘种长穗偃麦草、粗山羊草和野生二粒小麦中具有重大应用价值的抗病(赤霉病、白粉病、锈病等)、优质(加工品质和营养品质)、产量性状基因,并进行遗传解析和转移利用;

2. 全基因组选择与分子育种规模化鉴定小麦种质资源的农艺性状进行全基因关联分析鉴定重要遗传位点,构建全基因组选择模型,探索高效分子育种体系;

3. 基因组学对重要小麦及其近缘种进行全基因组组装和重测序,进行比较基因组学和群体遗传学研究,揭示小麦族物种和重要功能基因的进化和驯化规律;

4. 功能基因组学:利用分子生物学、生物化学等手段,开展重要功能基因的分子机理研究,揭示其分子调控网络机制;
